TestSquared assumes no liability for any failure to disclose, non-compliance with FTC regulations, or any resulting consequences.

2. How It Works

• Select a product to test from the TestSquared platform.

• Purchase the product on Amazon.

• Share honest feedback at your sole discretion (e.g., review, survey, or direct feedback).

• Submit verified proof of purchase to receive full reimbursement for the product and standard shipping costs.

3. Compliance

• TestSquared operates in line with FTC guidelines (see our Guidance Page for details).

• Reviews are optional, independent, and must comply with Amazon’s policies.

• Fake, misleading, or incentivized reviews are strictly prohibited.

4. Acceptance

• We reserve the right to not accept all applicants into the testing program.
